Helen & Douglas House, a leading hospice charity based in Oxford, seeks an accomplished High-Profile Administrative Assistant to deliver exceptional support to our Executive Team and CEO.

As a centre of clinical excellence for providing palliative, respite, end-of-life, and bereavement care, Helen & Douglas House strives to provide the highest possible standard of care to patients and their families.

Salary

£52,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, confidential executive assistance to the Executive Team and CEO.
  • Manage complex diaries, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Prepare documentation (PowerPoints, meeting agendas, correspondence) and take minutes accurately and efficiently.

Benefits
