Support Assistant - Administrative

Carterton-based company CV-Library is seeking a diligent Support Assistant - Administrative to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle various administrative tasks, including mail sorting and distribution, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report, overseeing administrative procedures and processes, and assisting with budget preparation and control, if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling administrative tasks, such as mail sorting and distribution, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
  • Providing excellent customer service through answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Collating and analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Estimated Salary: £19,656 per annum, approximately £9.90 per hour (£99 per day) based on 30 hours per week, assuming 52 weeks per year.
