Learning Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with lead teachers to assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their individual needs.
- Implement and monitor individualized education plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide targeted support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their full potential and develop essential life skills.
- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, with a strong foundation in special needs education.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
- Excellent understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, with a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
