Job Description: We are seeking a full-time permanent Learning Support Assistant to work closely with teachers, providing tailored assistance to help students overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in small groups with children who need extra support, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their learning goals. You will also assist teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning experiences for students who need extra support, encouraging positive behavior and promoting social and emotional development in the classroom.

Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
  • Passion for working with children and supporting those with additional learning needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK
