This Support Worker in Critical Care role presents an incredible opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering world-class patient care in our cutting-edge critical care facility.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Critical Care, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, and participate in handovers to ensure continuity of care.
