Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a large and complex healthcare organization that provides a wide range of services to the local community. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care by facilitating the patient pathway in line with the Elective Access policy.
  • Provide administrative support to patients under their care, including diary administration, correspondence support, and other duties as required.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide high-quality administrative support to patients and clinical staff.
