Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Patient Pathway Administrator within the Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy team. The role involves supporting patients by booking relevant appointments in line with the 18-week referral to treatment (RTT) pathway.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, including dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and demonstrate competence in the use of various software packages. Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
