Job Description

The Patient Pathway Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Patient Pathway Administrators, Assistant Patient Pathway Administrators, and Reception Supervisors. Key duties include:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks
  • Managing digital correspondence
  • Supporting patients and clinicians
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators

This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals. The successful candidate will have experience in people management, preferably within an NHS environment.
