About the Job

We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced medical environment.

The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Prior experience in a medical background is not essential, but it would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring patient referrals are processed efficiently
  • Booking appointments according to policy
  • Performing administrative tasks, including correspondence and data entry
  • Providing excellent customer care to patients

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.50 per hour, paid weekly.
