Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Sales Administrator to join our team at Oxford Event Hire.

As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, inputting hire jobs into our CRM system, sending delivery notes, tracking missing stock, and creating invoices.

  • This is a permanent part-time role with company pension benefits included.
  • A polite, friendly, and personable manner is essential in this position.
  • Previous event/catering experience is preferable but not necessary.

The successful candidate will have computer literacy and good IT skills.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum reflects the importance we place on this role.
