**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our IT Stars Recruitment team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the Sales Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth execution of business-critical projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring data integrity in Salesforce
  • Collaborating with the Sales Operations Manager on project execution
  • Managing the renewal portfolio
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards
  • Managing contracts and paperwork
  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new sales representatives

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong experience supporting software sales environments in Business Administration or Sales Operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask efficiently

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, please apply.
