Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd. As an integral part of our corporate services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provides excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our corporate services team, including general office management, secretarial duties, and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in managing databases, implementing and maintaining procedures, and liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Support the preparation of bid documents, fee proposals, and other business-related materials.
  • Manage diary schedules, meeting bookings, and catering arrangements.
  • Typing/word processing, including dictation, and attending meetings to take minutes.
  • Filing and organizing documentation.
  • Booking transport and accommodation as required.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in similar secretarial/administrative roles, supporting a team of several people.
  • Prior experience in professional services and/or building or property industry is preferred.
  • Ideal qualifications include business administration or marketing, and a GCSE in English.
