About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment, contributing to the quality of patient care.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day administration for the portfolios of the head of clinical standards and the head of patient safety. Your role will involve overseeing the running of administration processes, ensuring timely responses and actions, and preparing reports and minutes for local and regional meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration for senior staff members.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external organisations.
  • Oversee administration processes, including data collection and reporting.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate reports as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including diary management and tracking information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners, regulators, and staff via email and on the telephone.

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days with continuous service, and access to tailored individual and Trust-wide learning and development opportunities.
