We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support at our Summer Camp in Oxford.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and be able to take on key responsibilities such as being the prime contact for parents, coordinating prize packs and t-shirts, and supervising early transfers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Team
• Manage the operations phone and be the primary point of contact for parents
• Coordinate prize packs and t-shirts for the Saturday tournament
• Ensure that staff have all necessary equipment and know what to do for evening activities
• Respond to any health issues that may arise with children
• Supervise early transfers (children leaving camp early)
• Cover office hours after tennis sessions to answer questions from kids
• Perform other duties as required by Operations
Working Conditions:
Part-time, self-employed position without accommodation. Based in Oxford.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS, Safeguarding. Pay: £10 per hour.
