Electrical Beauty & Skin Care Category Development Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Category Sales Development Manager for the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.

About the Job

This is a fixed-term contract role, with a start date of 09.09.2024 and an end date of 09.04.2025 (subject to change). The ideal candidate will have previous field experience in the Grocery/High Street sector and a passion for sales and the brand portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Influencing Availability & Visibility: Ensure the implementation of processes & compliance to positively impact availability & visibility.
  2. Create In-Store Excellence: Effectively execute the EB & Skin Care categories field sales strategy in your stores.
  3. Build Effective Relationships: Be the key point of contact for EB & Skin Care in your stores and build effective relationships with key decision makers.
  4. Analyse Sales Performance: Review and analyse sales performance and create bespoke action plans.
  5. Provide Insights: Provide insight into the EB & Skin Care categories in store.
Requirements
  • Previous field experience in the Grocery/High Street sector.
  • A passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, whilst fulfilling immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results.
  • Full UK Driver's License.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,300 per annum, plus up to 15% bonus.
