About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Ward Assistant - Administration Role at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This Band 3 position comes with a salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata.

  • Represent ward staff at meetings and manage the administrative process for new staff.
  • Make changes to e-rostering and upload information on the trust intranet.
  • Provide secretarial support to the ward manager and record and respond to enquiries.
