About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at the Day Surgery setting. As a Senior Staff Nurse/Deputy Sister, you will provide clinical leadership, support for the Day Surgery Unit Nurses, and participate in the assessment of patient care needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled clinical leadership and support to the Day Surgery Unit Nurses.
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement and maintain agreed standards of care.
- Assist in delivering high-quality care, ensuring effective flow of patients.
- Support the ward manager in ensuring staff have annual appraisals and appropriate training.
- Assist the ward manager with other managerial duties in their absence.
- Provide clinical leadership, monitor nursing standards, and ensure compliance with NMC standards.

Requirements
