We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious clinician to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our service and ensuring that care is provided in the least restrictive environment possible.

The Oxford CRHTT operates in the community seven days a week, providing urgent care for individuals aged 18-65+ who are experiencing mental health crises. Our multidisciplinary team delivers crisis resolution assessments and treatments, working closely with other mental health teams to support service users and their trusted persons.

As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing professional supervision to other team members, leading the development of our crisis team, and collaborating with leadership to achieve fidelity to the Crisis Model. You will also manage a dynamic team of staff, coordinate clinic activities, and provide support and guidance to other clinicians.
