Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Oxford Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our service and ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our patients.

The CRHTT operates in the community seven days a week, providing urgent care for individuals experiencing mental health crises. Our team is committed to delivering care in the least restrictive environment possible, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Embody the principles of the crisis model and lead by example in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
  • Provide professional supervision to other team members and support their development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance our service and improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver urgent crisis resolution assessments and treatments, ensuring that care is provided in the least restrictive environment possible.
  • Participate in research and evaluation activities to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our services.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification and registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Experience of supervising and managing staff, with a proven track record of leadership and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel to undertake work and have the capacity to carry equipment relative to the post.
  • Compliance with manual handling policies and guidelines, as well as PMVA requirements.
