Dermatology Clinic Lead Nurse

About the Role:
Our client, a renowned and prestigious dermatology practice, is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join their team. As a clinical lead, you will be responsible for the management of a diverse team of nurses across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
- Supervising and developing the nursing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Working closely with the CMO to develop care plans for patients and ensuring revalidation is maintained.
- Leading on clinical excellence reviews and ensuring best practice is shared across sites.
About You:
The successful candidate will have considerable experience at supervisory level within a hands-on nursing role, with some exposure to dermatology, aesthetics, or surgery. You will also have strong knowledge of CQC and be able to develop and maintain a professional and expert environment for the nursing team to grow and develop.
