**Sales Operations Coordinator Opportunity**
We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at IT Stars Recruitment. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Operations Manager and contributing to the success of our sales operations team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Ensuring opportunities and leads are captured and monitored
- Engaging with sales teams to ensure mandatory fields are completed and documents attached
- Recording active and inactive accounts correctly
- Cloning renewal opportunities accurately in Salesforce
- Creating and maintaining dashboards as advised by the Sales Operations Manager
- Managing contracts and ensuring paperwork is recorded, correct, and up-to-date
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new sales representatives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong experience supporting software sales environments in Business Administration or Sales Operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure
- Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask efficiently
