Job Title: Construction Operations Coordinator

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Coordinator to support the coordination of site and construction works at Laing O'Rourke. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining dimensional control, conducting surveys, and assisting site managers.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinating site and construction works to ensure logistic and program planning
  • Maintaining dimensional control and ensuring accuracy to required tolerances
  • Conducting surveys for design, as-built, and payment purposes
  • Assisting site managers in supervising operatives and sub-contractors


**Requirements:**
  • Significant experience in construction operations and coordination
  • Strong understanding of NRSWA regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills


**Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
