Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Oxford.

As a key member of the senior site team, you will work closely with clients and the supply chain to deliver successful projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage commercial resources to maximise margin through subcontractor contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial resources to optimise profit margins.
  • Coordinating subcontract packages and controlling costs.
  • Reviewing and mitigating contractual risks.
  • Valuing and settling subcontractor accounts.
  • Authorising purchases and managing supply chain relationships.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable, but not essential. Strong IT literacy and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role.

Salary: £60,000 per annum
