Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payments and ensure accurate financial records
  • Negotiate with clients and consultants to resolve issues and improve relationships
  • Advise on contractual and commercial risks to minimize potential losses

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction management principles. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
