As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of our projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple projects and contributing to the company's growth.

Job Description
  • To manage and coordinate project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will have a deep understanding of construction project management principles and practices.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., quantity surveying, construction management).
