About the Position

The Building Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing construction costs, assessing risks, and leading a team. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage building operations projects
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks and liabilities
  • Prepare detailed reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on commercial matters
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Produce regular cost and value reports
  • Monitor and report on project cash flow and forecast costs
