We are looking for a talented Head Office Building Coordinator to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Head Office Building, including managing contractors, staff, and other parties to ensure quality delivery and adherence to agreed deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel, Teams, and Word, as well as technical understanding of how a building works from a M&E point of view. Previous experience in facilities management and supplier selection, qualification, evaluation, contract, and price negotiations is also desirable.
