Job Description

This role offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects with third-party companies in collaboration with Facilities Management upon request from the Head of FM Service.
  • Provide support on various tasks not listed, as required by the Head of FM Service.
  • Organise and coordinate office accommodation requests, office moves, and office layouts for employees.
  • Coordinate complex user requests related to FM services.
  • Support catering service delivery and analyse data to assist the Head of FM Services.

Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire

Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible hours to meet Conference requirements
