Centre Manager Position at the University of Oxford

We invite applications from exceptional individuals to fill the Centre Manager position at the Department of Education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving forward the Rees Centre's strategy, leading project delivery, bid development, and centre events.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects, including project management, HR, finance, research governance, data management, IT, communications, and collaboration with the core Department administrative team.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive event plans, creating engaging experiences for attendees.
  4. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling informed decision-making.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive annual salary of £48,235 - £57,255 reflects your qualifications and experience.
