Community Arts Centre Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Arts Centre Coordinator to join our team at The Beacon. As Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Community Arts team in their mission to provide high-quality arts and cultural experiences for the local community.
About The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating events, workshops, and activities, working closely with the Community Arts team to develop and implement programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement. Your duties will also include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with stakeholders, including artists, volunteers, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate events, workshops, and activities, ensuring successful execution and community engagement.
- Support the Community Arts team in developing and implementing programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement.

- Collaborate with the Events Team to plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain relationships with local artists, organizations, and community groups, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £42,576 to £48,530 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous career-average pension scheme, life insurance, and annualised hours, allowing for flexible working arrangements.
