Delivering Impactful Research in Children's Social Care

The Rees Centre, based at the University of Oxford's Department of Education, is expanding its operations with three exciting opportunities. We are seeking a skilled Research Centre Manager to drive effective project delivery, bid writing, and event management in support of our five-year strategy.

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading administrative functions across the Centre, including project management, HR, finance, research governance, data management, IT, communications, and project coordination. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to achieve our vision for a future where children and young people supported by Children's Social Care have more stable relationships, better educational outcomes, and improved overall well-being.

This position requires a degree-educated individual with proven experience in project management within a research environment. You should possess excellent IT skills, communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate initiative. Additionally, you must have highly effective organisational skills, line management experience, and a track record of managing complex projects with multiple partners and stakeholders.

Our Centre offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can thrive and contribute to producing impactful research. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
