**Job Summary**

New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Centre Operative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-built Monitoring Operations Facility based in Cowley.

As a Security Operations Centre Operative, you will be responsible for actioning alarms and panic alarms, escalating issues, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner. You must be able to work 12 hour shifts four times a week, with a rotational shift pattern including day, late, and night shifts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a history of call handling and experience in the security industry. You must also be able to provide great customer service, telephone skills, written communication, and computer competency.

Due to the nature of the business and the regulations in place, applicants must be over 18 and have a full education/employment history. Successful applicants will also need to be employer-vetted and police-record-checked.
