What You Will Do

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, including:

  • Managing Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our students.
  • Coordinating Logitics: Coordinate all aspects of centre operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and inventory management.
  • Delivering Programmes: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective programme plans, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and exceed their expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Programme Development Skills: Ability to design and implement engaging programmes that meet the needs of our students and exceed their expectations.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • High-Level Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and reports.
