Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
- Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
We offer a competitive salary package, including a guaranteed annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
