Youth Learning Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to join our team at BSC Education Ltd's Youth Learning Centre. This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality programmes for young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver excellent results.
- Programme Delivery: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective programme plans, ensuring they meet the needs of our students and exceed their expectations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members, including Activity Leaders and Student Mentors, to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our students.
- Logistics and Administration: Coordinate all aspects of centre operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and inventory management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Programme Development Skills: Ability to design and implement engaging programmes that meet the needs of our students and exceed their expectations.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- High-Level Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and reports.
