**Youth Programme Director Role Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Programme Director in Oxford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering a high-quality social programme of activities and excursions to Young Learner students studying with BSC Education Ltd.

Salary: The competitive weekly salary for this role is £465-£485 per week (dependent on experience), plus accommodation and meals provided.

**Job Description Overview:**

This role involves ensuring each student's dietary and religious needs are met, maintaining high levels of tidiness, and liaising with Housekeeping as necessary. You will also be responsible for unwell students and maintain medical records, helping students settle into life in the centre and the UK, and supporting the Welfare Manager to record accidents, issues, or incidents and note action taken relating to student welfare.

  • Carry out meal time, free time, and night time supervision duties as required.
  • To promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons you are responsible for and come into contact with.
  • Familiarise yourself with the BSC Education Ltd Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy.

Required Experience & Skills:

Essential qualifications include fluency in English, experience working with children/teenagers, and enhanced DBS clearance. Desirable qualifications include experience in working with summer/language schools, recognised qualifications in sports coaching, dancing instruction, etc., and previous child protection and/or safeguarding training.
