Job Description
AECOM is a global leader in infrastructure consulting, delivering projects that create a positive impact worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Director to join our team in Oxford, working on tertiary education related projects.

As a programme director, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects, working closely with senior project managers, associates, and directors. Your key responsibilities will include managing project teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will also be expected to assist in business development opportunities, identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading global infrastructure consulting firm, delivering projects that create a positive impact worldwide. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, and professional institution membership fee.

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 8 years' experience in project management, preferably within the tertiary education sector. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
