Join us as a Youth Development Coach in our SEND department, where you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are on the Employability programmes.

This is a full-time, term time only position, working 8.30am Monday - Friday. The estimated salary for this role is £20,203 per annum, adjusted for the term-time hours of this position.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Youth Development Coach to support students in planning and achieving their learning outcomes and targets.

  • You will work closely with students, assessing and monitoring their progress, and providing guidance and support when needed.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • Significant experience of working with young people with SEND in a teaching or training environment is essential.
