We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to support the well-being and academic success of vulnerable students in challenging communities.

This graduate role will provide valuable experience working with at-risk young people who face complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will play a crucial part in helping students make positive choices, guide their behaviour, and increase engagement in and outside the classroom.

In this Learning Support role, you will work with students who require support with anxiety, social withdrawal, anger issues, trauma, grief, and social difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their skills and confidence while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about supporting others, have a strong interest in SEMH difficulties, and be ready for a challenging yet rewarding role.

Responsibilities

You will work both 1:1 and in group settings with vulnerable students, gaining experience that can be applied to various career paths such as Youth Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Services, or Teaching.

A degree in Criminology or Psychology would be beneficial, but not essential. We encourage graduates from diverse backgrounds to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
