Mental Health Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join CV-Library in Oxford, supporting students with mental health challenges.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position starting as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs such as ADHD, ASD, social and emotional difficulties, and language barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in the classroom with emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Provide a safe space for students to process and manage their emotions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized support plans
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive school environment

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 per annum.
