Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Oxford.

About the Role:

  • To work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students to identify and address individual needs.
  • To develop and deliver targeted interventions to support student mental health and wellbeing.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of school policies related to mental health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • An ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
