Youth Support and Education Advisor

Join our team as a Youth Support and Education Advisor and make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will plan and deliver bespoke learning programs for students in one-to-one settings, creating engaging and interactive experiences that cater to their unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Work collaboratively with students, parents, and teachers to ensure effective progress and integration into school.
  • Provide comprehensive support, including social, emotional, and academic guidance.
  • Travel across Oxfordshire to deliver sessions in various settings.

What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a health and wellbeing program, sick pay, and loyalty bonus.
