Job Description
We are looking for a Youth Development Coordinator to join our alternative provision in Oxford. This role is focused on providing individualised education and empowering young people to understand their differences.

About the School
Our school supports children aged 5-16 who have social & emotional difficulties due to anxiety, trauma, or learning difficulties like dyslexia. The successful candidate will build relationships, support positive life choices using de-escalation techniques and restorative practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Flexible start date available
- Training provided for candidates with no experience
- Salary: £85-90 per day

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field or experience working with young people. They should be resilient and able to support children with complex needs.
