Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Porter to join our team at Churchill Hospital, Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement departmental aims and objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  2. Assign tasks to ensure efficient task allocation and seamless operational execution.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care and maintain positive working relationships.
Requirements
  1. NVQ in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  2. Health and Safety Awareness, including COSHH knowledge and manual handling training.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with colleagues and patients.
