Job Description
Oxford University Press is a leading publisher of academic and educational materials. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of publications.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of publishing principles and previous experience in office administration or production. They will be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the production process, ensuring timely delivery of publications.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate publication production.
* Develop and maintain schedules to meet target delivery dates.
* Ensure accurate data on systems for report collection and customer information.
* Assist senior colleagues in other areas of production to maximize departmental performance.
