About the Role

As a key member of our Content Quality team, you will be responsible for working closely with senior editorial colleagues to develop and implement processes and workflows that ensure the efficiency and quality of our ELT products from handover of developed content to final print or digital output. You will also be responsible for empowering our suppliers to take ownership of the production process, ensuring that content is delivered to agreed publishing dates and specifications and is consistent with our Strategic Objectives and Mission Success Factors.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate:

  • Experience working as part of a team

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Experience of training and mentoring on workflows, processes, and tools
  • Editorial experience in educational publishing
  • Experience of budget management
  • A background or interest in ELT
