About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive recruitment administration services to hiring managers and candidates, supporting activities across all aspects of HR.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the Recruiter, acting as the first point of contact for ad-hoc recruitment queries and resolving issues without referral.
- They will advise managers and employees on company policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment administration, scheduling interviews, producing employment contracts, and opening background check cases for our external provider.
- The successful candidate will also administer our Application Tracking System, ensuring it is updated throughout the recruitment process.
- They will support the coordination of onboarding new starters and their induction programme.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A good practical knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and selection.
- Intermediate user skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience of high-volume recruitment practices.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English. French would be an asset but not essential.
- Good attention to detail.
