As a Strategic Planning Coordinator with Industry Placements, you'll have the chance to contribute significantly to the success of our Production System Department at MINI Plant Oxford. This pivotal role will help shape the company's strategy and inform key decisions regarding plant operations, resource allocation, and goal achievement. By collaborating with diverse teams, you'll uncover opportunities to refine our business approach, boost productivity, and solidify our competitive edge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and disseminate comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through business analytics, creative problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Provide assistance to regional staff and compile informative performance reports based on predefined metrics.
  • Analyze internal data to assess plant performance and propose targeted interventions to address areas for development.

Core Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or relevant discipline (seeking a minimum 2:2 pass).
  • Practical experience in data-driven project management and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software (including MS Office).
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think creatively.
