The Rhodes Trust is an educational charity that offers Rhodes Scholarships to exceptional students from around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our Early Careers Launchpad programme, which aims to empower young alumni through career development opportunities.

As the Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee the delivery of this programme, working closely with stakeholders and partners to develop and implement innovative initiatives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with diverse groups and individuals.

Key responsibilities include programme management, stakeholder engagement, mentorship coordination, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas and be proficient in using modern technology and digital tools.

This role involves international travel and requires flexibility with work hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary of £47,000-£52,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
