Are you a dynamic leader with exceptional management skills?

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Course Director to join our team at Oxford Summer Courses.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the course operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our residential programmes. You will be responsible for managing staff, students, and external stakeholders, promoting positive and respectful interactions. A key aspect of this role is your ability to make decisions with excellent judgement and conviction, prioritising student safety and wellbeing.

In addition to your leadership skills, you should have experience in education, ideally in a management or leadership role. You must also have a clear knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and emergency procedures. We require someone who can problem solve effectively, providing thoughtful solutions that consider staff wellbeing and student experience.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered for this full-time position. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for education and leadership, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
